In the weight room we were given a task to do 10 workouts within a single class with atleast 3 sets. I personally do not frequent the gym even though I have a gym membership, so I had partnered up with Tristan you could say. I basically did everything he did at a lower level since I'm not very knowledgable about workouts. I'm still in the middle of learning & I plan to learn more about my body before this year ends. Hopefully I will become more fimiliar with the enviroment & tend to frequent the gym. Thats what I ultimately plan to do since your body stay with you for life while games are just a past time. When a game ends we move on, when we train to strive for more, their is no limit.
